I apologize if my post ruined your night, or more, Russell. That was not my intention. For my part, the only e-mail address I ever had of Russell's was info@z1.com. I sent many e-mails and never got a reply, but now I obviously know they weren't sent to him. I recall looking up Russell's info. in the member profile section a long time ago and getting info@z1 as the contact. I also called Z1 so much that I racked up a huge long distance phone bill, over a span of several months. EVERY time I was told that Russell was not there and nothing else. I simply got fed up with calling. I was never told that he had an extension, a voicemail or was ever sent to it. That is not Russell's fault, as I now know. I felt that I tried very hard to get a hold of him, and no one else helped me at all with anything ever. It needs to be understood that I did try very hard to get my issues resolved, and have now just given up trying. Z1 couldn't possibly pull my motor for free, which is needed to fix the dp stud. And give me my old cats back? Of course not. Pay for my heartache in finding out myself how f'ed up things were after they worked on it? Those were issues which could only have been reasonably addressed at the time they occured. I am not very outspoken, but I've been screwed for a long time and couldn't hold it in anymore. ****I still buy some parts from Z1 b/c no one can compare to them on a lot of parts. But some of his employees suck, and I'm scared to let any of them touch my car. They have been hiding things from him, like issues I've had; I am obviously just finding this out as a fact. It was like they were protecting Russell from me, never letting me get through. At least it seemed that way. The employees do half rate work, and overall have been unconcerned and uncaring. This is of course not all of them. I will not go on about this anymore, but I could write pages of stupid, bad experiences. Also, I couldn't possibly be the only one with problems like this. I just can't figure out why some are super satisfied and I'm not at all. Did I need to spend like the high rollers to get treated better? Don't know. This post may hurt bussiness, but don't blame me. Nonetheless, hurting bussiness was still not my intention.
